Field Service Engineer – Harlow (Permanent)

About the role

Being a Field Service Engineer means more than just maintaining Costa Express equipment. You’ll solve problems, take ownership of the machines in your patch and ensure customers enjoy their coffee.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair or replace equipment to keep coffee machines operational.
• Communicate issues, problems and solutions through established escalation points.
• Provide first‑class customer service to partners, delivering a friendly and professional experience.

Required profile

• Agile worker with experience using service equipment in an electrical or mechanical engineering role.
• Efficiency‑focused individual who keeps equipment operating effectively.
• People‑person who remains calm under pressure and interacts positively with customers.
