Field Service Engineer - Heavy Plant Equipment (Expert)

About the Role

Join a leading UK specialist in crushing and screening technology. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational excellence of heavy machinery for our prestigious clients, representing world-class brands such as SANY, Tesab, and SBM Mineral Processing.

Main Missions

• Perform installation, maintenance, and complex repairs on heavy plant equipment at various client sites.
• Conduct precise diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
• Execute regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards on all operational sites.
• Provide technical support and hands-on training to customers regarding equipment usage.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to optimize machine performance and reliability.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar heavy machinery role.
• Strong technical expertise in engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and solve complex problems under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.
