Field Service Engineer – Medical Devices (Scotland)

About the role

We are looking for an electrically‑biased Field Service Engineer to join a forward‑thinking medical technology company and transition into the medical industry. The role involves maintaining, repairing, servicing and upgrading advanced medical devices across the Scottish Central Belt.

Key responsibilities

• Perform servicing, maintenance, repairs and upgrades of advanced medical devices on site.
• Provide technical support and excellent customer service to healthcare providers.
• Travel throughout the Scottish Central Belt and surrounding areas to respond to service calls.

Required profile

• Background in field service engineering or a similar hands‑on engineering role.
• Electrically‑biased engineer or technician; electrical qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Ex‑forces engineers and technicians are encouraged to apply.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering knowledge.
• Field service engineering experience.
• Medical device maintenance and troubleshooting.
