About the role
We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join a specialist engineering company in the West Midlands. You will work on a variety of automated mechanical systems, receiving specialist training and enjoying a high degree of autonomy while travelling to customer sites across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Install, service and maintain specialist automated equipment at customer locations.
- Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs.
- Respond to breakdowns and provide on‑call overtime support when required.
- Travel door‑to‑door across the assigned region, adhering to health and safety standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Field Service or Maintenance Engineer.
- Proven electrical and mechanical fault‑finding ability.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel regularly and work independently.
