Field Service Technician

About the role

Join Culligan’s field operations team as a Field Service Technician and play a vital part in delivering clean, safe water to customers. You will receive comprehensive training and have the chance to develop a long‑term career while providing top‑class service on water‑treatment systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on customers’ water‑treatment equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, and commission systems directly at client sites.
• Manage service schedules to minimise downtime and ensure timely parts replenishment.
• Record service visits accurately and communicate any issues or improvement suggestions.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Visit the designated Service Centre weekly to restock parts and supplies.

Required profile

• Experience in plumbing or electrical work is preferred; full training will be provided.
• Valid full driving licence (maximum 6 points).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Strong DIY aptitude and confidence using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
