Field Service Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to install, commission, maintain and repair commercial coffee machines and water coolers for clients across Sussex, Surrey and London. You will work on-site, ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently and to the highest hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission coffee machines and water coolers at client locations.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing faults.
• Replace parts, filters and consumables as required.
• Perform water quality, hygiene and safety checks.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Provide technical advice and excellent customer service to clients.

Required profile

• Experience servicing coffee machines, water coolers or similar catering equipment (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding abilities.
• Basic plumbing knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional communication and customer‑facing skills.
