Field Trade Sales Account Manager – Luxury Fabrics & Interiors

About the role

Join a globally recognised luxury brand as a Field Trade Sales Account Manager, representing premium fabrics and interiors across South West England and the Home Counties. You will work primarily in the field, building relationships with interior designers, architects and trade customers while enjoying the autonomy to shape your own territory.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined sales territory, identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Schedule and attend a minimum of 10 qualified customer appointments each week.
• Dedicate one day per week to prospecting, appointment generation and pipeline development.
• Present premium collections, negotiate contracts and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and forecasts using the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven field sales experience with a focus on new business development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a territory and build long‑term client relationships.
• Background or strong interest in luxury interiors, textiles, furniture or design.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with standard sales tools and CRM platforms.
