Fieldcare Supervisor

About the role

The Fieldcare Supervisor leads supported‑living services in Christchurch and Shillingstone, helping people gain independence and supporting a dedicated team of care staff. You will split your time between office duties and regular visits to the services you manage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of care colleagues, including inductions, supervisions and appraisals.
• Develop and implement person‑centred support plans and conduct care needs assessments.
• Oversee medication competencies, audits and related documentation.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and produce required reports.
• Assist the Branch Manager with day‑to‑day service management and on‑call rota duties.

Required profile

• Experience in community or supported‑living care, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong commitment to enhancing quality of life for service users.
• Ability to work flexibly, primarily Monday‑to‑Friday with occasional evenings/weekends.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
