Finance & Accounts Manager

About the role

Infiniium Ltd is a fast‑growing international online retail business seeking a senior Finance & Accounts Manager. This newly created position will own the full spectrum of financial operations, from day‑to‑day bookkeeping to strategic tax planning for shareholders and directors.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Approve and process supplier invoices, purchase orders and payments; manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Track e‑commerce transactions and platform fees across Shopify, Amazon and other sales channels.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and support year‑end financial statements.
• Ensure accurate VAT, PAYE and corporation tax filings and maintain compliance with HMRC and e‑commerce tax rules.
• Advise on tax‑efficient dividend strategies and personal tax planning for directors.

Required profile

• Commercially minded and trustworthy senior finance professional.
• Hands‑on experience managing finance for e‑commerce or retail businesses.
• Proven ability to work directly with senior leadership and external accountants.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost reduction and profit optimisation.
