Finance Administration Assistant

About the role

Orka Financial is looking for a numerate Administration Assistant to support its finance team in Henley-on-Thames. You will provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance, manage client records and help ensure compliance with internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for the finance function.
• Maintain and update Excel databases.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new clients and staff.
• Produce marketing ideas and support related initiatives.
• Manage filing systems for invoices, contracts and financial documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
• Support reporting, documentation and data‑management tasks.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc administration projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver comprehensive admin support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administration role.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working closely with finance professionals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with finance/accounting systems.
