Finance Administrator

About the role

The Finance Administrator will support the accounting and finance department by handling a range of administrative and financial tasks. This temporary‑to‑permanent position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment with hybrid working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist the accounting team with data entry, reconciliations, and preparation of financial documents.
• Generate and review internal financial reports for accuracy.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organised and up‑to‑date financial files and records.
• Provide support during audits by preparing required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams.
