About the role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Finance Administrator to join our busy finance team in Bolton. This part‑time, temporary position offers a chance to develop your finance administration skills in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Raising purchase orders where required
- Handling finance‑related queries via telephone and email
- Maintaining accurate spreadsheets and finance databases
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad‑hoc administrative duties
Required profile
- Previous finance and/or invoice processing experience
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
