Finance Analyst – Growth FP&A

About the role

The Finance Analyst will join the FP&A Growth team at Blue Light Card, working closely with Brand & Comms, Product, Growth and Data teams. The role focuses on linking member behaviour to financial outcomes, developing new metrics and providing insight that drives growth decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting for growth revenue, integrating financial plans with operational data.
• Own regular performance reporting on member engagement and growth revenue streams, defining KPIs and automating reports.
• Perform variance and driver analysis using system data, member activity, renewal rates and engagement metrics.
• Develop and refine metrics that capture the financial impact of member engagement across revenue streams.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver timely insight that connects behaviour to financial results.
• Contribute to data‑quality initiatives, aligning definitions and documenting assumptions.
• Support long‑term forecast modelling, including scenario and sensitivity analysis for executive decisions.
• Track ROI on growth investments and assess the impact of engagement on revenue and profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and re‑forecasting in a fast‑moving commercial environment.
• Strong analytical capability with a track record of turning complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for non‑finance stakeholders.
• Comfort working across multiple data sources and business‑intelligence tools.
