Finance Analyst - Hybrid

About the role

The Finance Analyst will join the FP&A Growth team to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for member growth and engagement. The role works closely with Brand & Communications, Product, Growth and Data teams to turn financial data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting for growth revenue streams.
• Prepare financial plans using operational performance data and develop decision‑ready forecasts.
• Assist with re‑forecasting as business needs evolve and contribute to long‑term financial planning.
• Own recurring performance reporting across growth revenue streams and define key performance indicators.
• Automate recurring financial reporting where appropriate and produce clear financial narratives.
• Perform variance, driver, and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Develop metrics measuring the financial impact of member engagement and analyse renewal and engagement trends.
• Evaluate revenue performance across multiple growth channels and support ROI analysis for growth investments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain data quality, document reporting assumptions and drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and re‑forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience translating complex datasets into actionable business insights.
