Finance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Finance Analyst to join our commercial reporting team in central Bristol. The role will involve turning financial data into actionable insights that support forecasting, budgeting and pricing decisions. You will work three days a week on‑site with the flexibility of hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial information to produce forecasts, budgets and trend reports.
• Provide market and growth pattern insights to aid strategic pricing.
• Collaborate with the commercial reporting team to deliver timely and accurate financial analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive autonomous solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for interpreting financial data.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and a 35‑hour weekly commitment.
• Flexibility to adapt to family and outside‑work commitments.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
