Finance Analyst – P&L Reporting for Ireland

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Finance Analyst to join our UK finance team in Milton Keynes. The role focuses on full P&L reporting and analysis for Ireland, supporting senior management with high‑quality financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the accounts for Ireland and support UK overhead analysis and reporting.
• Produce and submit all required balance‑sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Review the Profit and Loss in detail and present findings to the CFO and Finance Controller each month.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop a robust forecast for Ireland.
• Partner with business units to produce accurate forecasts, highlighting opportunities and risks.
• Report departmental spend against budget to budget owners, ensuring visibility of variances.

Required profile

• Qualified Finance Analyst with senior‑level experience.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality financial support to senior management.
• Experience managing a small team (responsibility for 2 staff members).
• Willingness to work on a hybrid basis after the probationary period.
