Finance Analyst – Retail/FMCG (Hybrid)

About the role
This part‑qualified Finance Analyst position supports a well‑known retail/FMCG brand. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will handle high‑volume data, turn numbers into clear business stories and support senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate P&L reporting aligned with business performance.
- Produce cost‑centre and performance reports.
- Carry out ad‑hoc analysis projects and deep‑dive financial reviews.
- Communicate financial insights to non‑finance colleagues.
- Work collaboratively in a hybrid setting, balancing office and remote work.
Required profile
- Part‑qualified ACCA or CIMA candidate, intending to complete studies.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in an analyst role.
- Previous experience in the FMCG or retail sector is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large data volumes.
- Effective communication skills for presenting numbers to non‑finance audiences.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
