Finance & BI Analyst – 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Finance & Business Intelligence Analyst to join a global services business in Liverpool. The role will support the centralisation and standardisation of BI and management information reporting across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the MI team and UK business units to design, build and improve reports, and train end‑users to become self‑sufficient.
• Generate reports and analyses from single or multiple systems.
• Assist in developing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting.
• Evaluate existing tools and reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the transition to standardised BI solutions, including Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Provide ad‑hoc UK and Group reporting and analysis.
• Troubleshoot master‑data issues and develop processes to ensure ongoing accuracy.
• Create and maintain relevant documentation and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in analysis, commercial finance, master‑data or systems roles.
• Understanding of ERP systems and analytics tools, with a high standard of Power BI knowledge.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain complex Excel models.
• Available to start in August 2026.
