Finance Broker – Commercial Finance Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Finance Broker to join a fast‑growing commercial finance brokerage in Milton Keynes. You will work with a broad panel of lenders to help UK businesses secure the funding they need, from asset finance to commercial mortgages.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound cold calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach (100+ calls per day).
• Build rapport with business owners, understand their funding requirements and recommend suitable finance solutions.
• Manage the client journey from initial enquiry through to finance application, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and collaborate with lenders and internal teams to progress deals efficiently.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a target‑driven environment such as sales, telesales, recruitment, estate agency or finance.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to earn uncapped commission.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and overcoming objections.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

What we offer

• Competitive basic salary of £26,000 plus uncapped commission.
• On‑target earnings of £45,000+ in Year 1, £60,000+ in Year 2 and £90,000+ in Year 3.
• Permanent contract with a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule and early finish on Fridays.
