Finance Business Partner – Corporate Services

About the role

The organisation is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support its Corporate Services directorates, including HR, Finance and Governance. This hands‑on position blends management accounting with commercial business partnering, providing financial insight to senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets and balance‑sheet reconciliations, meeting all reporting deadlines.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver financial analysis, challenge performance and support strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare journals, accruals, pre‑payments and statutory returns while maintaining strong financial controls.
• Develop financial models, analyse trends and identify opportunities to improve performance and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant with experience in Finance Business Partner and Management Accountant roles.
• Previous housing‑sector experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and relationship‑building abilities, with a commercial mindset.
