Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our UK finance team and support the Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the FBP Area Manager in Belgium, you will act as a key finance advisor for the UK Lending perimeter, helping drive financial performance and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the UK Senior Leadership Team to provide financial analysis, dashboards and executive summaries.
• Own monthly close, forecasting and budgeting processes for the UK Lending business.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data, monitor cash flow and cost control.
• Prepare group reporting, manage relationships with local and group auditors.
• Set up and maintain dashboards aligned with group strategy and accounting information.
• Implement and review compliance with financial policies and best practices.
• Coordinate finance activities with local accounting and BU/Finance teams.

Required profile

• Experience in a finance controller or business partner role within an international, preferably multinational, environment.
• Audit experience, ideally with a Big 4 firm.
• Fluency in French is mandatory.
• Ability to work autonomously in a pan‑European team.
• Proven track record of communicating and reporting to senior management and C‑level executives.
