About the role
Our client in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for a Finance Business Partner to support the business’s growth and profitability. You will work closely with multiple functions, providing financial insight and helping shape medium‑ and long‑term financial plans.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with all business functions to deliver financial planning and budgeting.
- Perform variance analysis and data reviews to improve decision‑making.
- Assist with systems development, upgrades and cash‑flow forecasting.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and performance dashboards.
Required profile
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals; CCAB qualified or working towards qualification.
- Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Strong team ethic and collaborative mindset.
- Good business awareness with effective communication and questioning skills.
