Finance Business Partner – Projects (6‑month fixed term)

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will join a multifaceted provider organisation and help shape a world‑class finance function. Working within a customer‑focused team, you will take day‑to‑day responsibility for financial management across the Trust’s Care Groups and support the delivery of the Trust’s Financial Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership to Care Groups, delivering strategic and operational advice.
• Support the development and maintenance of long‑term financial plans (LTFM) at Care Group level.
• Produce monthly analysis of financial position and run‑rate for business planning.
• Lead and develop the business‑partnering team, embedding a strong financial culture.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure financial decisions align with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in finance or business partnering.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work in a customer‑focused, integrated care environment.
• Excellent communication skills to influence at all organisational levels.
