Finance Director

About the role

We are seeking a senior Finance Director to join a highly successful manufacturing group with revenues exceeding £100m. Based in Havant, the role involves leading finance and IT functions while supporting group‑wide projects and M&A activity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 20 across Finance and IT.
• Maintain robust financial control, governance and compliance.
• Drive the annual budgeting and business planning process.
• Provide financial insight to improve performance across sales, commercial, technical and manufacturing operations.
• Support occasional M&A projects and group‑level initiatives.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant with senior leadership experience in finance and IT.
• Background in an international manufacturing environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to act as a trusted business partner.
• Proven people‑development and leadership capabilities.
• Experience delivering multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
