About the role

An exciting newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Leader to join a high‑growth business in Cheshire. The role works closely with the founders and CEO to ready the company for a future sale or transaction.

Key responsibilities

Lead financial sale readiness and transaction preparation.
Deliver rigorous reporting, analysis and financial discipline.
Prepare and present a compelling financial growth story.
Drive commercial performance and margin‑improvement initiatives.
Respond quickly to due‑diligence and data requests.
Play a key role within the executive leadership team.

Required profile

Previous experience leading or supporting a company sale/transaction.
Strong commercial and strategic finance capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex financial information.
