Finance ERP Implementation Lead

About the role

We are supporting an established not‑for‑profit organisation in London as it undertakes a major finance systems transformation to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. As the Finance ERP Implementation Lead you will own the finance workstream, acting as the bridge between finance stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure the new solution meets operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance workstream throughout the 12‑month ERP implementation.
• Translate finance operational requirements into practical system designs.
• Collaborate with senior finance leaders and delivery partners on requirements, testing, go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Drive finance process improvements while balancing project timelines.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and influence decisions across the transformation programme.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading or owning the finance workstream on an ERP implementation from the client side.
• Strong understanding of finance processes in organisations of 200‑300 employees.
• Ability to work in a lean finance team and take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (extensive hands‑on use).
