Finance Manager - Chinese Speaking

About the role

The Finance Manager will own daily financial operations for a growing business in Sunbury‑on‑Thames. This senior position combines accounting, reporting, cash management and commercial finance support while leading a small finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a finance team of two direct reports, both office‑based and remote.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Maintain robust financial records in line with IFRS, UK accounting requirements and Group policies.
• Prepare monthly management information packs and deliver financial analysis to senior leadership.
• Drive the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
• Manage cash, working capital, taxation, audit and inventory control activities.
• Act as the primary UK liaison for shared finance support resources.

• Proven experience managing a finance function in a UK environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations.
