Finance Manager – EMEA

About the role

SKIMS is expanding rapidly across EMEA and needs a Finance Manager to own day‑to‑day accounting operations, financial close and statutory reporting for the region. Based in London, you will work closely with regional leadership and the US‑based Global Finance team to ensure accurate, compliant financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual close processes for UK and EMEA entities, including journal entries, reconciliations and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare and review EMEA management accounts, providing analysis and commentary on performance versus budget and forecast.
• Coordinate UK and regional statutory reporting and audits, liaising with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee quarterly UK VAT returns and regional indirect tax compliance, partnering with tax teams and external advisors.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures and internal controls, identifying gaps and implementing scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) with 5+ years post‑qualification experience, preferably in a multinational retail or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting, statutory reporting and audit requirements, and experience managing complex month‑end and year‑end closes.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems, preferably NetSuite.
