Finance Manager – High‑Growth Tech

About the role

We are a fast‑growing, venture‑backed tech business building financial infrastructure for cross‑border trade in emerging markets. The Finance Manager will sit at the centre of the finance function, reporting to the Financial Controller, and will own core financial operations as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the month‑end close process and produce timely management reports
• Maintain balance‑sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support tax compliance and regulatory filings in collaboration with external advisors
• Oversee accounts payable processes with strong controls
• Prepare for audits and act as the primary contact during audit cycles
• Partner with operations, product and commercial teams to improve processes
• Drive process improvements to enhance controls, scalability and efficiency
• Support finance systems work, including migrations and enhancements

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualification
• 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Background in tech, a startup environment, or a top‑10 accounting firm preferred
• Strong understanding of month‑end, reporting and financial controls
• High attention to detail with a proactive, hands‑on approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
