Finance Manager – Influence Business Growth

About the role

This newly created Finance Manager position offers the chance to directly influence the growth of a dynamic group of companies. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will lead the day‑to‑day finance function while shaping strategic decisions that drive the business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and comprehensive financial reports.
• Partner with the Managing Director on business growth initiatives and strategic choices.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Deliver commercial analysis to identify profitability improvement opportunities.
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting across the group.
• Support and develop the finance team and overall function.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management accounting or finance management.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical capabilities.
• Confident in influencing stakeholders and driving improvements.
• Experience in an SME or multi‑company environment is advantageous.
