Finance Manager – International Accounting

About the role

Covetrus is seeking a Finance Manager for International Accounting to support financial reporting and governance across its EULAM and APAC operations. Working remotely from the UK, you will collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of financial information throughout the group.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional finance teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting.
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting cycles across multiple markets.
• Review balance‑sheet reconciliations, P&L movements, and consolidation packs.
• Own and strengthen SOX‑aligned financial controls across the organisation.
• Bridge statutory reporting requirements with US GAAP.
• Oversee audits and maintain strong relationships with external auditors.
• Manage intercompany accounting and cross‑border complexities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Drive process improvements through automation and smarter tool usage.
• Collaborate with Tax, Controllers, and global finance teams on broader initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Strong experience in international accounting within a multinational environment.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Experience with controls and governance frameworks such as SOX.
• Ability to navigate multi‑entity, multi‑country complexity.
• Proven capability to influence and work collaboratively across teams.
