Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will partner with senior leadership to shape and execute the organization’s financial strategy. This role requires strong analytical abilities, the capacity to manage large data sets, and the skill to act as a trusted business partner and decision‑maker.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regular financial meetings with senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and complete full‑cycle accounting.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, metrics and dashboards to leadership.
• Collaborate on strategic financial planning and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
