Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will be based in our Acton office, supporting the UK & Ireland business. Reporting to the General Manager, this senior position leads a small finance team and ensures accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance and insightful analysis for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and forecasts.
• Maintain balance‑sheet integrity through timely reconciliations and robust controls.
• Analyse performance, variance and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Oversee year‑end financial statements, cash‑flow management and external audit liaison.
• Manage tax compliance, VAT returns, corporation tax filings and statutory reporting.
• Process monthly payroll and supervise the finance and logistics team.
• Develop and improve financial systems and internal processes.

Required profile

• Recognised professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• Experience leading a small finance team in a UK‑based environment.
• Strong understanding of UK & Ireland statutory requirements and audit processes.
• Proven ability to produce accurate management accounts and forecasts.
