About the role
Our client, a well‑established SME based in Harrow on the Hill, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function. You will be responsible for ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, effective cash‑flow management and full statutory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse management reports
- Ensure timely and accurate VAT reporting
- Manage cash‑flow reporting and forecasting
- Lead budgeting and financial forecasting processes
- Drive finance process improvements
- Manage and develop a small finance team
Required profile
- Proven experience as a finance manager or financial controller within an SME
- Strong technical accounting expertise
- Ability to provide commercial guidance to senior management
- Hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach
- Excellent interpersonal and team‑leadership skills
