Finance Manager

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a high‑profile organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation. Working closely with the Finance Director and senior leadership, you will drive financial planning, commercial decision‑making and business partnering across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Own management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial planning processes.
• Develop financial models, KPIs and performance reporting across the business.
• Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to support decision‑making.
• Deliver cash‑flow forecasting, variance analysis and investment appraisals.
• Support payroll forecasting and capital expenditure projects.
• Provide commercial insight and recommendations to senior leadership teams.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives and contribute to a new finance system implementation.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Strong background in management accounting, FP&A and business partnering.
• Experience in a complex, fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
• Excellent communicator capable of translating financial information into meaningful business insight.
