Finance Manager

About the role

Fin Search Ltd are seeking a Finance Manager to join a well‑performing SME in Leeds. The role is newly created to support continued growth and will operate under a hybrid working model, offering flexibility for full‑time or four‑day weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, verify and present the monthly management accounts pack.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare weekly cash‑flow forecasts and maintain a rolling forecast covering P&L and balance sheet.
• Analyse stock and project profitability.
• Perform monthly balance‑sheet reconciliations and quarterly VAT returns.
• Review and support payroll processes.

Required profile

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified.
• Previous experience in a management accountant or finance manager role, preferably within an SME.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Salary between £50,000 and £55,000 per year.
