Finance Manager – Multi‑site Business

About the role
This position is for a Finance Manager within a multi‑site business based in Blackpool. The role combines stakeholder interaction with day‑to‑day financial oversight, supporting commercial decision‑making across the organisation. It is an office‑based, full‑time role working Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Line management of 2‑3 accounts staff, overseeing their training and development.
- Produce monthly management accounts, including commentary and analysis.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Support year‑end statutory accounting requirements.
- Provide financial insight and advice to operational teams and senior management.
- Develop and maintain financial controls, policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager in a multi‑site, complex business.
- Strong commercial acumen and business‑partnering ability.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge and advise.
