Finance Manager – Part‑time (4‑day week)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join an award‑winning service provider in Andover on a permanent part‑time basis. The role works a 4‑day week, with Tuesdays and Thursdays fixed and the remaining two office days chosen by you. You will be based on‑site just outside Andover and start as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting functions including payables, receivables and VAT returns.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Provide QuickBooks Online support across the network.
• Produce and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets, charts and pivot tables for reporting.
• Assist colleagues with ad‑hoc financial tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Available to start immediately.
• Team‑player who is happy to help beyond the normal remit.
• Methodical with acute attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced QuickBooks Online experience (completion of QB Pro Advisor Course required).
• Advanced Excel skills, including linked spreadsheets, charts and pivot tables.
