Finance Officer

About the role

As a Finance Officer within the Cash to Control function, you will protect the company’s financial integrity through accurate balance‑sheet and bank reconciliations, insightful variance analysis and clear reporting. You will also help strengthen financial controls and identify opportunities to streamline processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and complete balance‑sheet and bank reconciliations, addressing reconciling items and highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Review and clear unallocated receipts, payments and credit/debit balances within SLA, liaising with third parties as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address performance challenges and achieve departmental KPIs.
• Build strong working relationships across departments to ensure excellent internal customer service.
• Handle high‑volume transactions with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain company ledgers and manage daily cash transactions.
