About the role
This newly created position sits within a global design business and leads the Accounts Payable team while taking full ownership of cash‑flow management. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work from the London finance hub alongside Finance Assistants, a Financial Controller, Business Partners and the CFO.
Key responsibilities
- Full ownership of financial operations for the group.
- Lead and develop a team of three Finance Assistants.
- Ensure controls, compliance and governance standards are met.
- Drive finance systems optimisation and process improvement.
- Manage payments, banking and cash‑handling activities.
Required profile
- Proven team‑leadership experience in finance.
- Ability to influence finance teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in high‑volume, multi‑currency environments.
- Strong focus on long‑term process enhancement.
