Finance Projects Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing SME in Crawley that needs an experienced Finance Projects Manager on an interim basis. The role will support the business through a period of expansion, strengthening the finance function and delivering key process improvements. It is a minimum three‑month assignment with a hybrid working model (three days in the office).

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement finance process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure accurate, transparent reporting.
• Lead finance‑related projects, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain robust financial data and reporting frameworks.
• Support the finance team in day‑to‑day operations during the growth phase.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant, available on short notice.
• Proven experience in management and project accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to add value through process optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £80,000 and £90,000 per annum.
