About the role

Signet Resources is seeking a Finance Recruitment Consultant to join its specialist finance division in Maidenhead. The role offers a hybrid working model and provides an established desk with existing revenue, client relationships and a candidate network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for finance positions, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new client organisations.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified finance candidates.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and leverage marketing support to promote vacancies.

Required profile

• Ambitious and commercially minded individual.
• Experience in recruitment, preferably within finance.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both clients and candidates.
• Motivated to grow a personal desk and meet performance goals.
