About the role

Our client, a top‑tier Legal 500 law firm with a strong reputation in debt recovery, is expanding its Finance Recovery Team in Liverpool. The Finance Team Paralegal will support commercial litigation and debt recovery matters for a range of lenders and finance providers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the finance recovery team with commercial litigation cases.
• Handle debt recovery matters, including various enforcement methods.
• Manage a diverse caseload and meet strict deadlines.
• Prepare and review legal documents in line with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
• Utilise MS Office tools to produce reports and correspondence.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial litigation.
• Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
• Background in debt recovery and enforcement methods.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
