Financial Administrator – 2 positions

About the role

Our client, a leading independent financial planning firm, is expanding its Client Services team and needs two experienced Financial Administrators. The positions are based in Cirencester and Broadway and follow a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Process new business applications and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records.
• Liaise with clients, providers and Financial Advisers.
• Chase new business applications through to completion.
• Prepare documentation for client meetings.
• Manage incoming calls, correspondence and client enquiries.
• Process policy alterations and claims.
• Ensure all records remain accurate, compliant and up to date.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IFA administration role.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to prioritise a varied workload.

Required skills

• Intelligent Office (advantageous but not essential).
