Financial Administrator – Fully Remote – Wealth Management

About the role

We are an established independent financial planning practice seeking a motivated Financial Administrator to join our growing team. Working remotely, you will support senior advisers and gain exposure to wealth‑management processes, with a clear pathway toward paraplanning and financial advice.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suitability reports and recommendation packs for clients.
• Assist with report writing and technical documentation.
• Support the paraplanning workflow and process new business applications.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare annual review documentation.
• Liaise with clients and external providers to resolve queries.
• Provide high‑quality administrative support to the advisory team.
• Attend client meetings as experience develops.

Required profile

• Experience in financial planning administration or junior paraplanning.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Ability to produce accurate reports and technical documents.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to study for or hold a Level 4 Diploma (RO exams).
• Desire for a long‑term career with clear progression opportunities.
