Financial Administrator – Path to Paraplanner (Wealth Management)

About the role

We are seeking an organised Financial Administrator to join our thriving Independent Financial Advice practice in Barnet. The role offers a clear progression route into Paraplanning and provides exposure to all stages of the wealth‑management advice process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the advice process.
• Prepare client documentation and application packs.
• Liaise with clients, providers and third parties.
• Manage new business submissions from initiation to completion.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Book client meetings and support advisers with diary management.
• Assist with ongoing servicing and client reviews.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IFA or Financial Planning environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Professional, friendly and client‑focused approach.
