Financial Administrator – Wealth Planning Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our Farnborough office and support two financial advisers within a chartered independent wealth‑planning firm. You will work alongside a team of administrators, providing essential back‑office support for high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist advisers with client onboarding, documentation and annual reviews.
• Maintain accurate records for pensions, investments, tax planning and retirement planning.
• Process cash‑flow modelling, protection arrangements and specialist schemes such as VCT and EIS.
• Liaise with partner accountancy and solicitor practices to ensure smooth referrals.
• Support the admin team in day‑to‑day operations and help drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Sound knowledge of admin processes across pensions, investments, tax and retirement planning.
• Experience in client servicing, onboarding new business and handling annual reviews.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of varied experience levels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Understanding of pension administration and investment documentation.
• Familiarity with tax‑planning procedures and cash‑flow modelling.
• Knowledge of VCT, EIS and other specialist wealth‑management schemes.
