Financial Adviser – Early Career Opportunity

About the role

OneDome is recruiting an ambitious early‑career Financial Adviser to join its appointed representative firm of Quilter Financial Planning in Whiteley, Hampshire. The position is primarily remote with a weekly office day, offering a supportive environment, mentorship and a proven client acquisition model.

Key responsibilities

• Take over and manage clients passed from senior advisers.
• Build relationships with existing ad‑hoc clients and transition them to ongoing service arrangements.
• Follow up and convert qualified leads generated through referral partnerships.
• Collaborate with mortgage and protection advisers who introduce prospective clients.
• Develop business from wills and estate‑planning referral sources.
• Conduct client meetings mainly over the phone, with occasional Microsoft Teams sessions.
