Financial Adviser

About the role

As a Financial Adviser you will provide holistic financial planning advice to existing NFU Mutual customers. Working closely with local NFU Mutual agencies across East Anglia, you will travel to areas such as Peterborough, Spalding, East Cambridge, Fenland, Diss and Bury St Edmunds to develop strong relationships and support customers with life insurance, pensions, investments, wealth management and inheritance tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver regulated financial advice on life insurance, pensions, investments and wealth management to a diverse client base.
• Partner with NFU Mutual agencies to manage warm leads and grow the customer portfolio.
• Travel regularly to designated locations to meet clients and agency staff.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to the company’s strong policy renewal rate.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

Required skills

• Fully FPC (or equivalent) qualified.
• Full CAS and QCA Level 4 qualification (e.g., CII Diploma in Financial Planning).
• Proven experience delivering regulated financial advice to UK customers.
