Financial Adviser – Manage Existing Client Base (Hybrid, Hatfield)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing wealth‑management firm near Hatfield as a Financial Adviser. You will inherit an existing client portfolio and benefit from a strong internal referral network, structured marketing support and hybrid flexible working.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning advice to high‑net‑worth and mass‑affluent clients.
• Manage an initial £10m portfolio while actively growing assets under management.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners in an associated accountancy firm and professional introducers.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and seminars to generate new business.
• Deliver advice across investments, pensions, retirement planning and protection.
• Collaborate with internal paraplanning and administration teams to ensure a high‑quality client experience.
• Spend the majority of time meeting clients face‑to‑face rather than being office‑bound.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualification (or equivalent) from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
• Working towards Chartered status is advantageous (study support available).
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning and wealth management.
• Proven ability to build relationships and earn trust with high‑net‑worth individuals and professional introducers.
• Motivated with a strong appetite to grow a client bank and maximise earnings.
